How long is your turnaround time?
What happens if we finish the project and I still don't like it?
Is the Deposit Refundable?
No. The deposit is not refundable.
Can I Opt-Out of paying the closing amount for my project?
Sure, it the direction of the project isn't working well with you, or you need to dismiss the project for any reason we can. Understand that in doing so the project will close. To start another or go back to it will require another deposit.
What happens if we start a project, and I want more stuff added to my design?
Anything added after we have spoken about and have agreed upon the details of the project originally, will be reflected upon your closing amount. You will be notified before hand as a courtesy.
Free Artwork/Design for Promo?
No, Don’t ask.
Shipping? What if I want to pick up the merchandise?
I am offering shipping via priority mail for some products. All I ask is time to actually ship the merchandise. Between 3-4 days depending on what's going on. You should receive your merchandise within the next 1-2 business days after it has been sent out. For local pickups I will reach out to you directly via email to arrange the meet up, drop off or pickup.
Please check the description for all products. Note that some Shipping time and may be delayed due to the method of print, it's process and other worldly manners.
Do you offer samples of the logo before hand?
No, To start anything a non-refundable deposit must be made in order for me to accept any commission request. If nothing was sent and confirmed, please do not assume I have started working on anything.
